18ct yellow & white gold 7 stone Diamond cluster ring. Old mine cut Diamond grain set surrounded by 4 single cut Diamonds white gold top grain set in an octagonal cluster with 1 single cut Diamond grain set in white gold top engraved shoulders each side in a yellow gold 1/4 round 2mm band.
